As you all know we have a Power Scroll reward system and Artifact reward system...well how about a Scroll of Transcendence system? I don't know about you,  but i really don't keep many of them. I don't really see them on vendors either, but I'm pretty sure A LOT of them get discarded. Why not have a reward system for them? Just an idea...maybe I would start keeping them again
