First, hello and I am glad to finally have registered actually having given up after a week of attempting to register knowing I got the captcha correct, trying capital and non-capital letters with the captcha and the question. I finally found an email on another site and thankfully received an answer.  I don't have teamspeak and was debating whether to download a program I didn't want or not.

Sorry you had so much trouble registering.  We keep the sign ups tight with filters and firewalls because of all the spam.

You can always contact a gm in game to set up an acct or log in to teampeak for customer service, Im online in TS 12 hours a day

you can join our teamspeak channel, here is the info:
evoteamspeak.ts.nfoservers.com

My concern is if someone else has the same problem. Since I went so far as to turn off all security among other ideas and nothing worked? The chat gave an error message also.

Two possible suggestions:
On the popup page "There is an error" have the email of an administrator or GM.
Have not just the link to chat but where to find it using another irc program.
Have a help button that the person can use their email to request registration information.

Other ideas?

Such information, like the way to create forum account etc should in bold on the main page. I've faced same frustration after 2 days trying to register here.
(as a person who maintained similar forums for years I don't get your problems with spam, just introduce more complex capthca, use some trick for bots, like a field called Name with a small description next to it "Don't enter if you're not a bot" or similar. Make an IF to randomly adjust such "trick" details to avoid bots hardcoded it to your domain etc)

Here (http://uoevolution.com/?page_id=2) links should be updated. At least assist link is broken (the same broken link is used on wiki)

Wiki main page should have a HUGE TEXT link for players are quite new to UO or played whole life on "Felluca" servers, explaining a lot of things. Starting with "how to contact admin if you can't connect", etc. Imo Teamspeak is not the best idea. Support email or something will be much better
