Power Scrolls on Trammel?

Due to an increased amount of "poaching" and "Pking"  at or around the Feluccia Champs I would like to suggest the need for Power Scroll drops in Trammel. Set a few Champs to drop PS all the time, random chance of the Champ to have drops, whatever.

While I don't mind people asking to join a champ, more often it's someone just being a jerk. They call friends and "Poof" a war.  It's getting old fast and I am tired of "Don't go to Fel if you won't want killed", trust me I get it but really?  :-\ I have no issues in dying a few times but I really do not like the drama that comes with it.

I think a fair trade off is halving the power-scroll drops in Malas/Ilshenar champs, with no skulls. Like they did on OSI with double resource gathering in Felucca, there will be double power-scrolls in Malas/Ilshenar. Perhaps slow down the champ spawn rate of Malas/Ilshenar to every 6 hours, giving it a couple hours longer respawn rate.

I think the whole champ spawn system should be revised. I have been here almost 2 months and the only champ spawns I have found that are popped are the triple champ events. I have yet to check on an alter and find an active spawn.
I have heard this is because it adds too gold much to the "vibrant economy".... Idk whats so "vibrant" about the economy here since anything useful is millions, but if thats the case then make it so champ spawns drop less gold or whatever.

Everything needed here takes foreeeevveerrrr to grind/farm. A friend of mine and myself have been trying to gather the items needed for the clerics book for 3-4 WEEKS now and have only come across ONE spirit and it didnt drop a gem. So how long exactly is it expected to complete that quest?
I mean I know its all about "the long hauulll" or is it about how long does it take to haul out my wallet?
If this shard really is about the long haul then I suggest removing some of those long haul items from donation list.

No to power scrolls in Tram. It is risk versus reward for PS's. If you add PS's to tram you might as well delete the fel facet.

I'm with Thallos. Risk versus reward is needed.

Yeah.. I was on a rant.
Its just frustrating to us as new players with how long its going to take to advance our chars. My friend that joined with me is 63 yrs young, and he commented he doesnt have the time left to make it to the end game here. jokingly ofcourse. lol

Jump on TeamSpeak and talk with the players running the champ spawns, they have let me join them many times simply by asking.  Usually look for a bunch of players in one of the various public channels.

We will not yell at you for asking to join in on it, and usually a pretty good crew for the most part.

Even for the Fel champs, just do not run in at the last minute and expect to not be attacked since they will be expecting players trying to ninja a boss at that point and trigger fingers get itchy.  If it is on the last candles before the boss spawns do not jump in.

Do not camp a spawn site, AFK, ghost, or while invisible.  Especially in Fel, someone may use you to raise their snooping and stealing skills before killing you while your AFK.

Here is a helpful link from the wiki as well.  List the locations and directions to find the various champs spawns.

http://www.uoevolution.com/wiki/index.php/Champion_Spawns

Also as a curtesy to others be sure to clean up the creatures left alive after the event please.  Annoying to be traveling through an area and suddenly run into a wall of claws coming at you, lol.

Go through the listing in the link and make yourself a rune book for them, if saves a lot of time.  I will be working on that this weekend, myself, finally.

Now to address the OP's suggestions.  I do admit it would be nice to be able to receive power scrolls while in the safe areas, it is one of the few bonuses players receive for adventuring into Felucca for these events.  If they changed it, so that Power Scrolls (PS's) were received in the safe areas I would recommend that they offered as a reward of 1 PS's at 105 with a 10% chance of receiving a 110.  Also, if  possible, remove the 105 and decrease the chance of receiving a 110 when completing a Felucca champion spawn, while keeping the existing rates of the 115 and 120 PS's.

This is a solid suggestion. It shows a balance of progression for new and veteran players alike.

I'd keep the 105's as a 100% certainty to drop. The 110's  might have a 40 to 50% chance to drop at least once, but not limited to once only. I'd finish things up by allowing the possibilty of a 115 to drop only one time at a 10% chance  of occurance. (that's my two cents on that)  ;D

In other related news: I heard the other day that we can start a champion spawn with 50 evo coins, but we get no rewards in the way of PS. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is true? If so than what is the reward? If the answer is nothing... than I'm at a loss as to what the point was to inspire such a happenstance? Something planned for the future perhaps?

  That's all I got,   8)
