Just a suggestion here, but when you guys decide to hop on the server to upload new code, it would be nice to have an automated message that would pop up every so often to let players, that log in while you're uploading.
 
It would especially be helpful to let new players that log in that, the lag is being caused by staff uploading code, that way the new player wont start thinking that the server is constantly lagging and decide to not play here.

We will now be announcing when any maintenance is started that may cause connection or lag issues. Thank you for your suggestion!
