would it be possible to put a timer on the trash backpack like the regular trash can? i accidentally trash stuff sorting all the time :/
maybe it could have a left click option to empty now, for those of us in a hurry to rid ourselves of the items

and also maybe a Spellbook key of some kind? like a master spell book.  those spell books get messy in the pack and it makes it hard to find the one you want sometimes especially after death when the backpack is really messy.   

A timer on the trash bags is something on the "to do" list.  The issue is having a method that does not put a huge amount of strain on the server with 100 people all trashing items.


A master spell book has been suggested a few times.  The main issue is several of the spell books look for the book in the top level of your inventory (it cannot be in a bag).  From what I have seen of the spell system this would require a lot of re-scripting and it would most likely be very buggy at best.


As for inventory being a mess after death:  The spell books will stay in the same place in your pack after death (as with all blessed items, insured items move around).  Add this with the ability to pull most spell icons out of the books and have them ready to be double clicked without the need to actually open the book or the ability to tie a spell to a button in razor or assistuo.  As a player I had probably 15-20 spell icons pulled out of the spell books and several other spells tied to hot keys.

and i was keeping my spell books inside one of the blessed bags so that's probably why they scatter after death, i will move them to my pack.
