I suggest we add a fishing weapon to increase the popularity of fishing. Call it something like "The Angler" Graphic of a fishing pole (if possible) add some decent damage and stats to it definitely have +fishing on it and maybe some luck. Nothing on par with big boy legendary weapons but something the fisherman could use to defend himself while fishing and fighting krakens, pirates, sea serpents.
Fisherman's Handbook or Moby Dick spell book with +fishing and casting stats for the mage fisherman.
 
Fishing Dynamite for the ranged fisherman maybe make it a throwing weapon +fishing/throwing/archery
