Is this possible on the shard (see attachment)? I don't think that I would be the only home decorating freak that would find this tool much more useful then the old one.
This is something that has been floating around for a long time. There are a lot of bugs being able to edit on the Z axis because there is no limits. A tool such as this would require some serious editing, otherwise we would see people being able to move objects anywhere, even out of their housing region.
