Hive of the Undying would be a bee hive that does not require daily maintenance and will grow on its own and produce maximum honey/wax. As the Hive continuously grows to its full potential it devours nearby resources such as water and pollen producing flowers. After it reaches it's maximum population growth it has a limited time left at its current hive. Without a substantial investment of raw materials such as wood, water, hide, seeds, gold and gems the Queen of the Undying will leave the hive in search of a new location to begin her brood. The previous owner is left with a large dead hive that requires a specialist to remove which takes both time and money before he can place a new hive or anything in that location. I bet he will think twice before accepting the materialistic, greedy, and unforgiving cursed species of bees into his home again.

Appearance: Black colored bee Hive or black colored pile of spikes, skulls and bones (can't remember the name of that rare deco).

Cost to buy: 100,000 gold (relatively cheap as it wants to be welcomed into your home)

Cost to remove: 300,000 gold (dead hive or alive hive removal)

Progression: the same as a normal hive without the risk of disease or failed growth. As it hits max population it stays healthy but after a week or so begins to require expensive upkeep. It's growth/health check will require gold to be deposited in one way or another.  (Maybe a quest that will require raw materials/gems & gold to give you a potion or deed to use on the hive)

Death: will come after health/growth check is failed for the 1st or 2nd time and will then become a semi permanent nuisance at its location and will require the previously mentioned gold deposit to remove from the house. It may produce acid pools periodically or something of similar effect to provide a sufficient down side to deal.

Summary: While the Pro's of the hive are easy to see and abundant. The almost automated production of hive products with little to no maintenance for a short time. The Con's of making this Devil's deal are sneaky and will get you in the end. It could be a popular item with those who are forgetful and may not remember to keep up with the maintenance needed for traditional bee keeping. And can also serve as a gold sink to the wealthier crowd.

I'll think of more details later but give me some feedback or let me know if this idea seems like something feasible scripting wise :)
