I know the issue about garg tools has been brought up before by myself and i still believe some changes need to be made concerning the drops.
Im a Trammie by nature and dont feel like i should be forced to go to Fel to get them at the champ spawns. If there isnt any Semidar(i think this is the garg spawn) champs in Trammieland, could they possibly be set to spawn from static spawning gargs like they originally were on the OSI shards ?
