Would be cool if we could Pay some ED for a Base GFX change on pets to a different look ... mainly I would turn my big freakin dragon into drake size :p


We may consider this, it has been an issue in the past when we allowed this, for example a player attacks you with a cat and it turns out to be a max werewolf etc

You can remove the custom pet graphics, from the UO file.


Though I have not done it myself since coming back. But I will be taking the world of warcraft out of my UO..

Can you tell me what I need to remove from UO to have normal pet graphics and spell icons .I don't want this WOW graphics.

you will need to get fresh copies of multiple .idx and .mul files. If you are not experienced in working with the client and modifying patches I would not recommend you attempt this. Be sure not to replace the facet.mul files as they will contain 90% of the UO Evolution custom buildings.

Maybe Limit it to the same breed/slayer groups , list of which is on UOguide.com like Bat Slayer and any bat pet could be morphed into one on that slayer list  =)   again though  super slayers like "Flame Slayer" would count them all , just sticking to the normal slayers like Dragon Slayer  would open up a lot really.

This sounds like a ton of work with a very small pay off for a very select group of people :(

Ahh  well it was a thought , tryin to get the dragons that so many people said they would hunt with but are way to large in game to play...  ohh well I guess
Still cant see why a dragon that big cant carry me on its back but a Cu Sidhe just bigger then me can  lol

I have dragons that are at or almost max stats that I donated for. I can't use them because they are so big.  It is the main reason I want to get the wow graphic's out of my uo.  I have spoken to several people who have the same problem. They are way to big.  And try running 2 of them.. HAHA NOT.


Try taking that dragon on a boat.. Thats if you even want to try. Can hardly see the boat. Worse yet. Get a pirate or 2 on your boat with a dragon.
