The cyclone allows the ability to dismount without yourself dismounting first. I think if you set the ability to only be useable while on foot, like the lances, it would fix the problem. Just a recommendation to allow for fair dismounting pvp.
Solid point. All other forms of dismount require you to be on foot, this special should follow that precedent as well.
