I don't think it's an example of good balance if anyone can farm platinum runic hammers easilly but it's almost impossible to get any frostwood fletchers tools. Currently the skill required to get frostwood elementals (with gargolye axe) is way too high. Getting large fletcher LBOD's also is near to impossible (got 1k fletcher sBODs but no high-end combination to make one LBOD).
My idea is to somehow make a way to get fletcher frostwood runic tools without spending ED. Maybe create a spawn with frostwood elementals or introduce a new quest which gives you these runics. Make it hard but possible.
