suggestion: remove combat and casting from the +skill clothes deeds. keep them for crafting and misc. skill only.
these items are obtained through a broken token system and they are OP. sounds like the idea this time around is to stay away from OP items. you can stack plenty of skill through artifacts and RGN items.
