A rework or addition to the Weapon/Shield Rune Augment system could provide more diversity in PvP and PvE. For instance, I would say that 9 out of 10 people or more (Estimation) only use Spike Shield and or Triple Slash as weapon specials and shield specials for the augment runes. (I understand most people use resists and other augments on the shield, and DI + SSI augments on the weapon, I am focusing on the Rune Augments) The other five Augments seem to get little to zero usage. Bringing these augments "up to par" so to speak with the two current popular augments would be an awesome addition to Evolution. The current 5/7 augments that rarely see usage could receive buffs, a possible rework, or even new Augment Runes introduced to the system. I feel like Triple Slash drastically dominates the market for weapon runes, and Spike Shield for the shield runes.

Parry augments also. Need some sort of balance on this because the gaming mechanics math formula does not work if you don't have an even amount of skill. If you can have 300 parry and only 150 swords for example means you will never hit that person with parry because of the math.
