Base It on The Trade Minister in Tokuno
Turn in 10 Regular Drop in You Pack arties For a Piece of info.

Example:
I have Been looking for Over a Month For Royal Steed Spawn Locations in Ilshenar. Have Scoured the Wiki and Forms For Hints and according to What I have Read there is supposed to be one or Two. My Frustration is I don't Know if these are once a day spawns and someone Beats me to them as I only mostly get to Play in the evenings. But I have not Seen Hide Nor Hair of a Royal steed in Ilshenar. 

Info deed you get could only last for say 10 min then it goes poof.
There are X Spawn locations in the World For Royal Steeds.
x in Trammie
and General areas They Spawn
x Felluca
 and General areas They Spawn
ect....
 
The Above is Just an Example It Could Be any Tidbit. It Could Just be Good Hints or Detailed, But info Details that is Not Widely Known. And the number of Arties Could be Whatever you want .

As Elaborate as this Shard is  I would bet there are Things in Game that only a Few Know
Or No one Knows.

It is not Just me I have seen several posts of People Frustrated about lack of Detailed info.
This seems to be a fun way to help with that.

Please Don't take this as Whining! I WILL eventually figure things out. This could Help the Journey and
Save me some time and in the Process Cut down on some of the Shard Clutter.

Also keep in mind that not all people are equally social.
I have played UO since it came out. Up to Mondains  Legacy, then Took several years off.
My Play style has always Been Enjoyable to me but I am Kind of a Loaner.
I don't like to bother People. just the way I am.
 
With That let me also Compliment the Staff Of this Shard on their Excellent  attentiveness
To the Player Base. This is A Very Fun Place To Play I have Enjoyed it immensely. My Main Account Is Just Past 100 Days.
I have Played a Dozen or so Free shards over the Years And Dante is the only one I have EVER made a Donation to.
Just Never seen The point of Spending Real Money on Imaginary Stuff lol. I look at my Donations here as Helping support the Community and I get some Imaginary stuff in return.
