purpose:
to motivate player exploration of the land and interaction with dead towns.

-an infamous criminal NPC that spawns in a random forest location outside of towns in a random facet.

-use begging skill on tavern NPC's for a chance of clues or gossip to his whereabouts. a successful begging for information will result in a bribe request from the tavern NPC to the player. this could range from 10k gold/ tokens to 100k. only the closest tavern to his current location will be able to supply information. a 1 hour cool down timer in place for begging for information after the mob has changed locations.

-once found the player must fight him in order to chase him away. he will recall to his next random location/encampment when he reaches low health. he leaves behind some valuables in a backpack and some ego boosting words before he recalls away. it would be cool if he has a ridiculous amount of HP so this could be a guild event once a player finds him.

-is possible to run into him while exploring without having to visit a tavern. if found using this method you can ignore the cool down timer for NPC information.

Alternative modification.
each facet has its own infamous criminal mob.
Mob difficulty:
Easy- Ter Mur: 1 town to check for info (meant for new players)
Medium - Malas and ilsh 2 towns to check for info (meant for new players)
Hard- Trammel: +/- 16 towns and a harder mob (meant for advanced players)
Expert- Fellucca: +/- 16 towns and a harder mob (meant for Veteran players)
(beg the town provisioner if a tavern does not exist.)

I like this idea, we do have a few fun murderer mobs I have never used, like Jack the Ripper etc.  It would make a good quest to hunt down and kill the top 10 serial killers as a quest

I like your idea, though I do not see how it would work out.

But the idea to evolve unused area's, and long lost skills, into something useful is sure to make this free shard one of the best ever.

Of course that means the Devs have to hear us out, and the world has to leave Kyn alone so he can do something better then fix things that shouldn't be broken.
