I am not 100% sure, but I would say no.
Having incorrect Hue's often comes down to how much UO true black you see.
If a hue is not recognized by the client, than UO true black is assigned to it by default. In your picture capture, I saw a lot of UO true black on mounts & clothing.
Yes, there was some opaque black mounts and such, but UO true black is not usually a trend on this shard, and most ppl would crazy color their mounts versus coloring them black.
