There is a treasure chest right at the beginning of floor 2 in Hythloth on Fel. You can reach it to unlock it, but you can't pick up the loot inside. It's actually a few tiles off the ground apparently. It's typically grey and is located right by the little tile portals.

If it was a custom treasure chest in felluca then disreguard the following:

 Dungeon chests found in both Fel and Tramel are on a timer. These chests despawn, and then respawn somewhere new, from time to time.

 The best that can be done is 'problem area' monitoring of these chests to keep them accessible; this can be boring and take up time, since the chests random spawn in a gird formation.

I don't know if it was "custom" but yes, it was in Fel. It was just odd because typically you don't see things go in the Z direction (as opposed to a 2D XY grid). But this one you had to go under it to unlock, which you could get close enough, but I think you need to be 1 tile away to loot, which you couldn't get. So it was probably 2 tiles off the ground.

Hopefully that makes sense. It was in the exact same spot I've seen it before, but this time it was up high.

I love this chest   many peeps unlock it but not able to loot it.  You can loot it you just have to find the right spot. I like to think that this is by design everything cant be easy
