Both myself and another player have had an issue in getting Tokuno Artifacts.  Assuming that Rune Beetles drop 1.5k each, I have killed a total of 380.  Additionally, I have cleared Fandancer Dojo 25+ times, along with killing Bruce Lee a total of 12 times.  With all these chances to receive an artifact, I have received a total of Zero, none, nada, zilch.  While running between 2000-3000 Luck.


Bearjew (Stairs) has had the same problem, and after talking to him, I we have one thing in common.  At one time, both of us have had negative luck (wearing one or more pieces of the Pirate Quest gear). 


I had someone help me, and witness the issue, Light Swarm was kind enough to hang with me for a bit, and we matched both damage AND luck, in the matter of less than an hour, he received a total of 8 Artifacts.  In the matter of countless hours, I have received none.


I understand RNG is RNG, but something seems off.

Just tossing an idea out there, what is your Karma?  is it marked up? 


Killing all of that spawn should have yielded a few artifacts. 

Typically my karma is positive, unless I had a duel marathon, where my karma drops.  My karma is not locked, but has ran the gamut from Dark Lord to Illustrious Lord, and back again.  Thanks for trying to help though Thunder!

Ewe Nortaon, I agree, something is amiss.  Sage is a medium luck toon.  She runs wtih 2700 luck & gets 3-5 Arties in where youve mentioned.  Ive done it 3 times, and always receive the same amount on average. I am always positive karma, & WWing (no pets). I dont kill Bruce tho, hes to cool for me, tho it does freak me out when hes a woman! LOL

I "may" have fixed my issue.  While frustrated and fooling around, I decided to stack as much Negative Luck as possible, reaching a total of -600 Luck, I then removed all of those negative luck pieces and replaced my Luck Gear.  Low and behold, the first kill after doing this rewarded me with a Tokuno Artifact!  Coincidence, maybe, but whatever the case, after doing that, I am now receiving artifacts.
