The Orc Brutes seem to have disappeared.  Instead of the usual quick respawn time when one is killed, I've been unable to locate even the first one even when staying there and killing all the trash mobs off for over an hour.  I returned about 12 hours later to recheck on them and still nothing.  Have they been moved or just deactivated for some reason?

Yes it's active, you may have been in the wrong facet?

just checking but you know this quest is in fel right? The brute that drops the ring always spawns (for me) on the docks...
I've seen some other brutes in the front of the camp but they don't drop the quest ring...

I do go to Fel for this quest.   (One of the few places I venture to on that facet)   I've gone there quite a bit lately and even waited for almost 45 minutes for an orc brute spawn on the docks with no luck.   That was why I asked.   The respawn rate before seemed to be about every 4 to 7 minutes.   Maybe I'm just having horrendous luck lately.   I'll keep trying.
