I placed 44 Ore/Gem carts (total), 40 "10th anniversary "stumps" in my home.  I had to re-position over 1/2 of them, so I chopped them to redeed them.  I sorted them according to which type of Deed it was (cart or stump) then moved to another part of my house (a different plot) & went to use them again, and they were gone.


I first thought they were "dupe" items (they were a gift from someone, & it was standard for items to go "poof" upon redeeding long ago....But, they normally dont redeed, or stay in your bag long enough to be moved (I sorted them according to cart or stump) & stay for 30+ seconds.


Im afraid I lost 20 ore/gem carts & 20 stump deeds to my house/toons "sever crash bugginess. I doubt Ill get the deeds back, but Im placing the info here to aid in other possible prblems for others.

Just out of curiosity, and you probably already did this.
Did you check the house sign for "relocate house moving box"? Such has been a thorn in my side at times when building the dozens of houses I have. Though it's really odd that you had already re-deeded the items, the moving box should scoop up all deco, items and deeds when you do a re-design of the house.
If you need anymore of those gem/ore carts just give me a holler and I will gladly toss you a bunch.

Ive spoken with my friend who gave me the deeds. He assured me they arent dupes (tho I had already mentioned this in the fact that dupes dont "usually" [like ever!] return to deed for before decaying within a players bag some 30-60 seconds later). Hes a bit annoyed I would imply they were dupes, but I explained to him how rotten things have gone for me of late & asked for forgiveness for any implication implied (which was not my intent). He is a dear soul & I am thankful to his generosity.


The whole house bug issue(s) is a bit scary, I do love decorating & tho I try to keep "special items" from being used as deco,but  I do have a few locked down in my home. I have resigned myself to never going into customization mode with that house again, to prevent further mayhem of the Sagekind.  =)
