The Enchanted Apple appears to not be functioning currently. This comes from accounts from other players noted here: http://uoevolution.com/forum/index.php?topic=8285.0 and my own tests utilizing apples that were crafted by a 120+ Cook/Alchemist (much love Trudy, thank you!).
In the past, it seemed that the Enchanted Apple had a 0 failure rate (I say seemed, because I personally never had an Apple fail), but now fails to remove Mortal, when Mortal is the only debuff applied to the user.
