Hello, How long ago did you play? If it was 6 or 7 months ago, the shard had an unfortunate roll back (how far the roll back was I don't know). There is nothing that can be recovered. For 6 months after staff was offering packages to players who had lost everything because of the roll back. Unfortunately that time period to get one has now passed.
Feel free to loggon to the shard and let people know in [c that you are new (or returning from before the rollback). There are lots of helpful people to new players. They will help to get you rolling.
