I wish it could. even if u add ssi to it, u can never swing it faster then 2 seconds. I have one and love it, but i'm sitting at 60ssi and max dex, and can only swing at 2sec. That's just downfall of having high base damage with double strike. 2 seconds is as fast as it will ever be. I even tried up to 80ssi, no differance. Hope this helps.
