I prefer steam for everything except a few very specific scripts that i run.
The ability to craft macros in Steam is 100x more powerful than Razor.

You should be able to download Steam from here: http://uosteam.28394.n7.nabble.com/
When it installs it will pop up a notepad with a specific C++ redistributable package that you need to run it, download that package and install it.
