Trying to start Champ Spawn???

I went to Despise and saw the alter. I know you have to use Evo Coins to activate the spawn. Per the wiki, you click on the skull to activate the spawn. I do not see the skull on the alter. I am familiar with what the OSI skull looks like for the spawns tp start them. Do they look the same way or am i missing something else?

The champs that are in Felucca are on a timer (2-6 hours I think). The champs in t2a you pay 50 evo coins to activate.

ok that makes sense. The Ish spawns are on timers as well right? And does the Valor spawn ever active or is it only the Spirt/Humility spawns?

The Ilshenar champs don't have a timer, you may do them one after another for 50 evo coins. As far as I know, the valor virtue is disabled.
