Trying to find quest for these items

I have been hanging out in the Treasure room in Underworld.
 Have found 3 items but cant find then anywhere in the Wiki
 I need to find the quest for.  Any help would be appreciated.

The Bloody Shirt of Robby
Alan's Wedding Ring
Torn Gloves of Olef

Those are for the Family Ties quest.  It starts with Elo in the Traveler's Inn in Trinsic.

I went and saw Elo in the Traveler's Inn in Trinsic but the names he talks about are not the ones on these items nor does he say what or how many he wants. I accepted the quest but it did not provide any more information and did not show in my quest log.


So basically I'm more confused than when I started LOL   :P


ANy help would be appreciated

That is where the main questor is to start the whole questline. The Questgiver for those specific items is just one section of the dungeon to the West of where you received the items, standing in a "jail cell", in appearance.


Its a bit confusing for some of these quests, I would post a walk through with pictures, but I lack the space/resources for public display on a permanent forum.

Just read all 59 Quests hyper-linked in the link provided.  The quest Bill is referring to is not listed.   :(

Check in Domino's Library if the quest you are making is present.
