Hi there !

I'm a new player here and in first I would like to thank the staff for their work and the communauty for his sympathy, it's exciting to rediscover Uo with so many stuffs :))

I have a question about the swing speed, I know that on OSI, the max SS you could reach for a weapon is 1.25s, is it the same cap here ?

And I found something weird,  when I equip a weapon, like an npc longsword being naked (to not have some SSI), I can read 3.5s weapon speed on the item's properties.

But with the command [mystats, it's indicated swing speed 2.5s.

So my final question is, what is finally my true swing speed with this basic longsword ? 3.5 or 2.5 ? ;)

Yes it caps at 1.25.
Your Dexterity is probably lowering the swing speed for you.

Oooh yeah ! It's true.

I'm so dumb, it's an evidence that dex is lowering it. ^^

Dunno why I didn't think about it, in all case thanks for your answer !
