I thought I knew the answer to this but to be honest so much has changed/altered/tweaked I am learning to not assume anything.  Someone in chat stated that resource gathering is effected by luck (much like I guess loot would be, the higher the luck the better chance for higher resources).

1.  Is this true?

If it is true, then gold panning related questions:
1.  Higher luck can yield larger nuggets?
2.  Higher luck can yield more ML gems and MiBs?

Luck effects all the custom systems, the higher the better!

I loved how Kyn posted exact drop rates for belts and i wish we may see something similar about resource gathering. I'm also very interested and how luck and fishing skill affects resources gained from gold panning.
