Removal of system messages?

Is it possible to remove the system message of the gold ledge claiming gold? Same with the "You have x chance of getting an artifact"?


I was wondering this because if im doing a champ my chat gets totally violated by it and i cant talk to anyone until im done, which is sad and boring.

This depends on your 3rd party app helping you run UO. Most of them have a remove system message toggle button/check mark feature on the first/general page.

  So the answer should be yes, you can.

Im using UOSteam but i cant find such button on here. Any idea if there is a way to remove those 2 messages if you cant do it in uosteam, and if so how?
