The Uo Evolution wiki says:

The Grizzle has a normal spawn timer, and requires no items to summon.

And UoGuide says:

Like all Peerless monsters, keys named are needed to access it. The keys are Disintegrating Thesis Notes and are found on various named undead creatures found throughout Bedlam. A certain quest is needed to convert the thesis notes into a "librarian's key," which is used to access the boss.

 Keys: 5 Disintegrating Thesis Notes from the Named monsters in Bedlam excluding Red Death.

I went to bedlam a few times in the server (started playing like 20 days ago) and ive never seen the that book with the password, but ive seen the Disintegrating thesis note.

So whichs the correct method??

Just walk inside. Be careful he can damage your armor when you fight him.
