I have had this issue for a long time, and on several free shards.  No one seems to know of this, or how to fix it so far, so I'll try here.


My house Placement tool works..  however, the reticle is way off.  Im sure its something in my system, so does anyone have a clue?

That's why they invented the wide screen...


Joking aside.. By any chance, did you move the square UO screen (in game) towards the right? That tends to mess up the cursor somehow. Just move it back for house placement and return it to your normal play style.
