Title says it all, I have this bright, shiny, new, Evo-Cloak, now with nearly 80 levels...and I havent spent a single point.  I have no idea where to allocate the points, I know I want some Int, and I know I want some Spell Damage Increse...but I dont know if I should go that route.  Any suggestions on how to allocate the points in my Evo-Cloak to maximize it's usefullness will be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

really depends on what you plan to use it for. i would build mine for PVM mainly since the magi cloak has good PVP +skills on it. 

i havent built one yet but when i do i will defintiely put max SDI on it. next i would fill any gaps in HCI or DCI followed by maxing out my stats.  but that really caters to my specific suit. keep asking around until you reach level 100. you should have a good idea by then.
