Topic : Help getting my skillball from my first chr

Hello all
I made an account over a year ago here and never really got a chance to play more than a few days. I started with a garg chr before I realized it wasn't supported as well item wise as the other races. I wanted to find out if a DM could possibly move my skill ball from my first chr to my new one. I tried to PM Dante but haven't gotten a response.

I would say the best thing for you to do is put in a help ticket. Page them and explain the situation. Normally they won't even touch skill balls due to some people taking advantage of it, but, if you are a legit new play, they may have some mercy.

Thanks for the advice, I would think posting in the help section would have got a DM response by now not to mention the PM. It's not like I could have abused anything either, I have an unused skill ball on my first chr so it should be obvious. I posted the other day hoping I could get this fixed before the weekend but I guess not.
