I am trying to finish this quest but am not able to find the Forest Elemental location.  Has anyone completed this quest if, if so how far out from Yew are they?

They are just east of Yew. If you use a sexant they are in the clearing at 61N 34 W.

There are usually one or two spawn with a couple of dire wolves.
The rune in the NEW Library tries to take you to a location that now has a house on it, so it is blocked.
