Hello All,


I have always been a big fisherman.  I found & ate a scroll of +10 to fish, and worked my skill up..to...100...I cant seem to get it to go beyond 100.  I have no +to fish gear or rod, I am wayy out in the deep waters (Ive seen Dolphins and a deep sea serpent, so I know Im in deep water.  I havent gained a +.1 since hitting 100.


Please help, I am at a loss for what to do.

Double check your cap from your paperdoll in the skill section, show caps button. No reason why you shouldn't gain.

I ran into this as well. I fished in many places both tram and fel and received 0 gains. I even tried agroing a Sader to drop my skill level but I couldn't get to deep water before the debuff timed out as aparently one is not allowed to recall while calmed. I didn't think of using the druid or chivalry based recalls at the time though, so maybe one of those would work.  In a nutshell though, I just gave in and used some skillball points.

Fascinating, I will give this a try.  Ive been avoiding using my skill ball, because it seemed to silly a skill to use it for.  thank you, will let you know if it worked.
