Hey guys,


Thanks to some awesome help from a few notable people (Docouto, Ganjalf, Domino, Merlina & Thosar) I'm getting on my feet in this game.  However, It's time to start the craftsman journey.  I've finally got a house, And a vendor set up at Thosar's mall (Check for Waffles in the back alley  ;) )

How is the best way to get started building up a collection of BODs and materials.  I know i need to do the Master of Arts champ to get Crafter PScrolls, But BODs being on a timer makes it a bit difficult for me to get a good starting base.

Also, About how many Ingots/Boards/Leather/cloth did it take you guys to GM craft skills?  I want to know when i have a good enough base to start grinding it up

I know it takes around 10-12k ingots to gm blacksmithing from 50 recycling everything you make.

And i know i need 30k ingots for the keys, 10k for the Ingot Key, 10k for the UltiBodBook (I almost had enough evo coins for one at the auction /cry) and then 10k for the tool box


Oh, Also, Is there a way to get the Blacksmith gear in-game without donations?  I dont remember what it was called

Yes you can get BS gear from magic cloth deeds as well as buying them off of other players in trade chat.

For Blacksmithy you should get the "Shame" Blacksmith 4 piece set.  The pieces are socketable.

You may be able to find pieces from other players, at the auctions.  I do know they are also on the donation page for the month of May.

Yeah, i've been trying to work up a good amount of currency for the player auction.  But i doubt i'll be able to compete with anyone for a while.  Final crafting question, Where do you get Socket Deeds and Augments?

Augments drop randomly while fighting mobs, and socket scrolls are from t-maps, SOS's and I think BODS.
