I was looking to come back after a hiatus and it doesn't seem either of our accounts (mine or my brothers) have characters on them. One of the accounts will not allow us to log in at all. Do accounts get erased over time?
Yes we do erase accts after 1 year of no log ins or very low play time, we do this to make room for new active players that need housing spots. Im sorry you lost your accts. To avoid this make sure you like us on facebook and get a forum acct to receive our emails and warnings of the wipes
thank you for the reply. I had a lot of stuff in the house but honestly could care less about that. Part of the fun is trying to build yourself up. What I'm gonna miss is the characters we had. There's no way to recover those? Or are they permanently gone?
