Is there someone on the shard that is a home builder i guess you could say? Basically a certified honest and legit person that can build beautiful homes and not rob you of the home itself? Would be nice to know because otherwise apparently i can only build squares with flooring as a roof

Did i mention building with connected plots is kinda difficult or i suck...  I'm sure it's the last one.
