This morning I was making bows then all of a sudden they would no use the selected wood. All came out plain. Tried different tools. Wood in pack instead of on key. Different bows.


Almost all came out like I had used plain wood. A couple came out with right properties but wrong color.


Anyone else have this happen?

When using a tool, you can change the ressource selected to craft the item in the craft gump. Also, you dont need the ressource in your backpack to craft, the key will drop it so you can craft the items (so dosnt matter if in key/backpack).


Imo, that was the problem

Was blacksmithing yesterday...All the weapons crafted were of Valorite and said "valorite" but I got colors (ironically wood colors) all over the board, valorite blue, pine blue, mahogany orange, plain iron silver/grey...

So I agree there is an issue, doesnt extend completely to blacksmithing, but I don't think Bill chose diff woods in the gump either.

Had the same thing happen to me with both Bowcraft and Blacksmithing.
The solution I have found is to re-log one or even a few times for it to reset. Im not sure if that is the end all solution to this mysterious problem but is has worked for me the couple of times it's happened to me.

I crafted over 200 bs items yesterday and they all came out fine.
