In attempting to build an optimal suit of armor, I'm stuck at socket deeds. You can by them with ed, but when doing bods for blacksmithing, I have found I can only get 1 bod per day across accounts. I have yet to see a socket deed and a lot of the bods are large bulk order deeds requiring you to obtain and combine with smaller bods, each one taking an exponential amount of time to find the right one to combine (some large bods require up to 6 smaller deeds.)
Many players earn 20+ deeds a day, you just have to work the system

I would like to see socket deeds drop on champ spawns and across the board as a "rare." I don't see thait should be any different than augments dropping, I have a bunch of those and can do nothing with them.

Also, I don't see why a 120+ blacksmith should have any chance of failure installing them, and it would definitely save staff the time of dealing with pm requests.  There is no failure, it has been disabled atm

They are a rare reward from blacksmithing bod.  You can get more than 1 a day per account, it's every 6 hours and you could get 5 characters on the account if you wanted.

With 2 Accounts it's possible to get 20 Bods every 6hours ... i get 40-60 Bods each day

Looks like the wait on BoDs that can reward a socket deed are longer then the ones that don't.  So if your just going for the other rewards as well , check back often =)

How?  I'm trying to figure out how to do that.  I have 3 characters and can't get that many in 6hours.... OR I'm just not thinking of something.

Impossible, do the math, 2 accounts with 5 chars on each = 10 characters, 1 bod per character (per 6 hours) = 10 bods with the possibility of getting a total of 40 per day if you sleep less then 6 hours at a time and realy have no life outside UO.
