20ex plat closed helm reward = Smithers Protector = 300 plat ingots I cant mine with it, no charges. What is this?!? Is this a bonker reward or what?
That's a strange reward, never seen it before...it has zero swing speed. Page me in game and ill swap out the reward Dante

I got the same thing. Its just a regular pickaxe with a new name, but with no charges. I got it off a 20 Exceptional Plat Heater Shield bod. So I know the feeling.
