Poor old Ragnar, he's really taken a hit in the past few weeks.  I'm not sure if he's become unemployed, or if his vocation has been made obsolete by Corporate outsourcing, or if he has just been hitting the bottle a little too hard.  Either way, he's had little to offer the folks who swoop in and put an end to his Golem and Elemental champ spawns. 


He's now dropping only two Weapon Level Deed Scrolls, as opposed to the 4 (or was it 6, like other champs?) that he used to.  I understand the desire to make the Weapon Level Deeds more rare, but poor ol' Ragnar is just sad.  Was the reduction in his Weapon Level Deed Scrolls intentional?
