I have question though, on the fishing section, i see you can summon the insane Osiredon, impossibly tough on a 700 skill shard but would he be beatable solo here? has it been done?


no, i am not planning on offering him a newbie sacrifice but since i love fishing thought it would be good to know for someday in the distant future


Yes you can defeat most monsters solo or with the right gear, pets and friends.  We have designed the shard to be progressive and long-term, so it might take a while to build up and train your character to defeat the top mobs.  Also each monster has a weakness to find, which will make the battle turn in your favor!

Cool cool, just a query not planning on being even remotely capable as a player for a long time yet! lol

I am still trying to figure everything out, have played uo for years but never really got passed being able to kill the basic game baddies, no champs, or mega tough quest monsters and ended up getting bored as all i could do was plod around Destard killing dragons! lol

The players here have been a great help so far and all really generous with their time and advice but you can still expect a tonne of random questions from me
