Once you obtain Orochimaru's heart where do you turn it in at to get the necklace?

Crysta, I am well. Locked away in my mountain stronghold these days, I have been working with a scribe to write my recollections of the time when ID roamed Britannia. Look for it on the forums soon.

just wondering if anyone knows where this guy Orochimaru spawns? the quest says fire dungeon, but my friend told me wrong. i havent seen him anywhere.

Yes he spawns there, it is just a slow, random spawner and heavily watched by players
