I noticed my item swing speed for a hatchet is 2.75s according to the info when you mouse over the item.  But if I equip the item, with nothing on, and use [mystats it shows in the mystats gump as 1.25s.  So what is the actual real in game value?

I have unequipped everything, logged out all the way, logged back in, equipped just the hatchet and still shows 1.25s vice the expected 2.75s.

Anyone else notice this?  Is this a bug?  Do I get an Evo Dragon if I find a bug?!
