I know gargoyles are "not supported at this time" but it sure would be nice even in a limited way.  Even if we could just have some decent items for the gargoyle characters that dropped it would be a big help.  Gargoyles are very interesting characters to play with flying was really fun with the lack of items for the characters really poses a lot of limitations.  I am not talking about doing a whole imbuing thing but if there were some monsters in the gargoyle regions with drops of decent gargoyle artifacts weapons, clothing, jewelry etc. it would make playing these characters much more enjoyable and would open up a whole new level of play for everyone.

I agree.  I have a Garg I would love to play, but shard is very gear centric, so no gear, no garg.  Unless you just use as a crafter.

Agreed! The Steelskin quest is a step in the right direction with the option to choose gargoyle versions of the armor, but I would love to see a trade-in option for any armor to convert (once) to gargoyle version. A table can be set up to identify what goes where i.e. cloak = wing armor, etc. I am sure there is a lot more behind the scenes than that, but a garg can dream.
