We have found an issue that I am curious if it is fixable or an OSI thing. Riven is our guild leader. My account owns the guild house. We learned that I cannot set boxes to guild members 
So this new fancy guild house we bought and set up can't be used my guildmates, as we had wished. Riven's personal house is going to have to hold guild use containers and so forth. Is there anyway this can be fixed? We tried giving me different levels of guild titles and it didn't fix it. 
Having my Alt be the guildleader is not an option. Any suggestions?
