Is there or will there be a runic equivalent of hammers and tool to be able to make magic staves?

there are runic crafting tools for making weapons ... i believe staves fall into the category of weapons, not sure though.  Crafting "Upgrades" have come-- lately-- at a snails pace. But, that's not a complaint; so much other wonderful stuff has been added instead. Each week brings us all closer to UO Perfection.

Are you looking to be able to craft Blackstaves? Because i dont think those are currently craftable.

I remember reading or hearing about black staves being petitioned for crafting in another post. It is on the chopping board to see if they will be implemented.

Not Black Staves specifically. I just wanted to be able to craft magical and customizable staves the way we can swords and bows, et. al.
