Armory and Weapons Rack

Is the Armory (looks like a knight statue) and Weapons Rack (looks like a standing sword stand) still available in-game?
You can lock them down in a house a store items in them like a key.
If so what is going price?

Unfortunately they are not, but i saw an armory for sell on a vendor for 15m 2 days ago.

There are two types that look like the standing Armor; one is an armory that holds and sorts weapons, armor, clothing and jewelry, the other is the armor chest, this merely holds armor. 


The armory was recently available for EV coins.  Both types recently we available at the house drops.
